Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

1. Agreement
We are grateful you are considering 'The Caregiver's Battle Plan' ("the Program") from Pleasant Care Community. These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us via our website or any other method.

2. Disclaimer & Educational Nature
All our educational programs, digital materials, and coaching services (including RN and Wellness Coach support) are designed to provide information, strategic planning tools, and supportive guidance for dementia and Alzheimer's caregivers. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific personal, health, or caregiving outcomes.

This Program is for informational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for consulting with your loved one's licensed healthcare providers and for all decisions and actions you take. Testimonials or examples from other participants are not guarantees of your own results.

3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the immediate access granted to digital materials and the scheduling of personalized services, we do not offer refunds once the Program has been purchased and accessed. If you have any concerns or questions before purchasing, please contact us at  pleasantcarecommunity@gmail.com.

4. Name and Likeness Permission & Release
You agree that by participating in any live or recorded coaching sessions, webinars, or community events as part of the Program, you grant us permission to audio/video record and photograph you. We may use your name, likeness, voice, and any such recordings for promotional or educational purposes in any medium.

5. Payment Plans
If you purchase the Program using a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of your access to the Program, and no payments will be refunded.

6. Purchases from an Affiliate
We are not responsible for the products, services, or terms offered by any third-party affiliates. Any purchase made through an affiliate link is subject to that affiliate's own terms and policies.

 

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or major telecommunications failures.
